We received a request together with Axflow to rebuild a blowing machine for a sulfur furnace.

The customer wants to increase the pressure by 300mbarg and increase the flow.
The solution was to replace the 45kW engine with a 90kW, it also meant replacing pulleys and belts as the speed of the blower would increase. Due to the high belt speed, the pulleys had to be balanced.
The muffler was in poor condition, this too was replaced.
