During a service in May 2021 on one of Spendrup's Breweries' high-pressure compressors used to produce PET bottles, we discovered a potential mechanical problem that could jeopardize compressed air production during the coming high season.

But instead of acting in affection, we turned a potential threat into an opportunity to improve Spendrup's production of compressed air with the ambition of reducing energy needs, increasing availability and increasing the efficiency of their compressed air production.

Together with Spendrups, we prepared an action plan / investment plan which we in stages during 2021-22 now implemented and built a new and optimized, modern and energy efficient compressor plant with redundancy and last but not least installed a monitoring system (ECOPOC MONITORING SYSTEM) where we go from hour based maintenance to condition based maintenance.
